About Your Stay
Our aim is to provide you with a gluten free, stress free holiday.
Arrival day is normally Saturday. Should you need a different arrival day please let us know as we do our best to be flexible. Relax on your first evening with drinks in the salon before dinner.
We want our guests to feel relaxed and comfortable. Our aim is to make a private house public, without creating that uncomfortable feeling that you might be intruding on someone else's space.
The bedrooms are decked out with comfortable beds, crisp linen, facilities to make a hot drink, (or something stronger), and all bedrooms have private bath or shower facilities. In the kitchen, craft and care go into the preparation of our food. We like to use local and regional produce whenever possible and to keep in tune with the seasons.
Everything we bring into the house is gluten free. You don't have to be a coeliac to enjoy the food! Rise early or sleep 'till late; breakfast is available until eleven o'clock, either in the dining room or in the garden. An optional lunch is typically buffet style. Packed lunches can be provided on request. A four course dinner with wine is served at around 7.00 pm. Soft drinks, tea and coffee are available throughout the day.
The importance of a gluten free diet is understood by all of us who are coeliacs. We have catered for coeliacs for many years and you can be confident that your dietary requirements will be taken care of properly. If you have other food intolerances please let us know in advance as we may be able to cater for these too. We are friendly and approachable so if you have a question, please don't be afraid to ask. You can relax in the knowledge that ALL our food is completely gluten free.
